Step 1 | What is this presentation for?

Clarify the goal and audience first so the AI knows who to persuade and how deep to go. After selecting the “Presentation Goal,” Step 3 will automatically load a suggested slide structure.

Presentation Goal Auto-loads slide structure

Topic & Audience

Writing it as an “action” works best: approve, purchase, sign up, remember something, or change a practice.

Occasion & Format

Live projection needs fewer, larger words; sent for self-reading needs each slide to be understood independently.
Text-heavyBalancedVisual-heavy
The default tendency for the whole presentation; charts and word counts specified per slide in Step 3 take priority.

Advanced Requirements Optional

Step 2 | Pick a Presentation Style

Each card shows thumbnail templates for this style (cover / chart slide / content slide). Click “View Sample” to see larger images and the full style prompt.

Step 3 | How should each slide look?

A suggested structure based on your presentation goal has been loaded (charts, layouts, and word counts are pre-selected). You just need to write each slide’s key point and content materials; if you want to change charts or word counts, click “Adjust”.

Step 4 | Copy Prompt and Paste to AI

Select the AI tool you want to use, and the prompt will automatically adapt to the best format for that tool.

Tips

Why does filling this out stop AI from messing up?

Write the key point as a single conclusion“Market Analysis” is a topic; “Northern market share dropped 3% mainly due to price” is a key point. Writing each slide’s key point as a conclusion makes the AI-generated titles punchy.
Match charts to your dataUse bar charts for comparisons, line charts for trends, pie charts for proportions, and flowcharts for steps. If there are no numbers, don’t force a chart; use icons or quotes instead.
Specify word count upfrontFor live projection, 30–50 words per slide is enough; reports sent out need 100+ words. Without a word limit, AI usually crams in too much.
Provide your own numbersAI will “make up” data for you. If you have real numbers, paste them into the content materials; if not, the prompt already asks it to mark them as “placeholder data”.
Not happy with the first draft? Just specify the slide to changeFor example: “Change page 4 to text on the left and image on the right, and replace the pie chart with a bar chart.” Per-slide specs are your common language for communicating with AI.
Try the same prompt in different toolsPaste the same content into Claude and Gemini, and pick the version you like best to continue editing.
